Join us at the Vancouver Convention Centre on March 28, 2012 for another informative Breakfast Seminar provided by Advocis Greater Vancouver.
This special breakfast will be held on day two of The Vancouver World MoneyShow in Vancouver from March 27-29, 2012. Advocis Members and guests are invited to attend the three day conference at no charge. Paul Brown As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Paul is responsible for strategically expanding Worldsource Financial Management's overall wealth management platform for independent advisors. As Managing Director of Worldsource Wealth Management (WWM), Paul plays a principal role in ensuring the overall collaboration of WWM's subsidiaries - to support and complement the needs of entrepreneurial advisors from each sector. Paul brings extensive executive experience in the financial services sector to WFM. Most recently he was President and CEO of Barrington Wealth Partners Inc. Prior to Barrington, over a period of more than 10 years, he built a successful insurance distribution business, The Independent Brokerage Group, which was acquired by Hub International Ltd. in 1999. Paul also served as Chairman and CEO of Hub Financial Inc., one of the country's largest life insurance distributors. Paul is the current President of CAILBA, the national MGA association. He has an Economics degree from The University of Western Ontario and also has his CLU and ChFc designations. |

Phil Marsillo, B. Comm, CLUB Phil Marsillo joined Canada Life in 1993 as Manager of Quebec’s brokerage office, following a successful career as an Agent, Trainer and Sales Manager. In 1998, he was appointed Director, Eastern Operations where he guided the sales and marketing activity for Individual Operations east of Ontario. Phil was appointed Vice President, Individual Distribution in 1999. In this position Phil had overall responsibility for the Sales and Marketing activity of Canada Life’s Individual Life and Health, and Investment products across Canada. Phil was promoted to his current position of Senior Vice President, Distribution in July of 2003. |

Topic: Conquering Client Fatigue
The financial crisis has left many clients and prospects anxious and overwhelmed, resulting in a condition called Client Fatigue. This presentation covers the causes and the science behind Client Fatigue, but more importantly, it will outline specific strategies for conquering it. This is an interactive presentation where advisors will have an opportunity to discuss Client Fatigue situations they are facing and strategies for resolving them. It also addresses the issue of Advisor Fatigue and ways to reduce its impact.
