		Dr. Bruce Empringham, Vice President and Medical Director, Canada Life Dr. Empringham graduated in Medicine from Queen’s and completed his family practice residency at McMaster. After four years in North Bay he took a job as assistant medical director at London Life in 1991. In 1998 he assumed the role of VP and Medical Director for London Life, GWL and now Canada Life. He is Past President of the Canadian Medical Life Insurance Organization and past chair of the Insurance Medicine Certification body, the Board of Insurance Medicine.
