Advocis Greater Vancouver would like to invite Advocis advisors who are under 5 years in the business to our spring social events taking place simultaneously in three different locations in the Greater Vancouver area on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 5 PM.

Advocis members can opt-in to the Find an Advisor service on Advocis.ca to promote themselves and their business. Consumers can use Find an Advisor to search for an Advocis member who works in their community.

Our spring Update was a great success, both in person and online. As our first webinar, we are happy to report that most online attendees were very impressed and we received many wonderful comments from those who were thrilled to save time by attending from their home or office.

New to Advocis Greater Vancouver this year is the Fellowship Committee, which has been given the mandate to promote further camaraderie and networking opportunities amongst our membership. The Fellowship events will be available to our members at little to no cost, so please come join the fun!

Earlier this year, we surveyed our members in order to get some information about a variety of topics, ranging from the reasons why you joined Advocis to your communication preferences.

In total we had 49 respondents. We asked 16 questions and here are some of the results:
